Application

The VFI-Deck Coating System is made up of:

VFI-1009 Cleaning Concentrate was especially developed for the proper cleaning of existing elastomeric coating on roofs, metal surfaces, concrete and masonry substrates, as well as uncoated roof, deck and wall surfaces.

VFI-1074 is a water-based industrial rust inhibitive primer manufactured with a light blue color to easily determine coverage. VFI-1074 is designed to inhibit further oxidation resulting in rust degradation and to prevent bleed-through when using elastomeric coatings.

VFI-608® is designed for waterproofing all types of masonry surfaces such as foundation walls, concrete panels, exterior basement walls,retaining walls and moisture-retaining structures such as cisterns, and concrete shrubbery boxes.

VFI’s 600 Series Acrylic Restoration Coating System consists of VFI-640 Gray Base Coat, VFI-630 Flashing Grade, and VFI-605 White Top Coat.  Acrylic coatings can be a great solution for roofs with more than a 3’/12” slope.

VFI-3220 Pavement Coating is a two-component advanced waterborne epoxy-modified acrylic coating specifically designed for application on textured (stamped) or non- textured (flat) asphalt pavements. One of VFI-3220 Pavement Coating’s most important characteristics is that, unlike normal waterborne coatings, VFI-3220 Pavement Coating’s unique design allows it to maintain durability even when wet. VFI-3220 Pavement Coating’s flexibility, adhesion and elongation allow for the expansion and contraction that is a characteristic of asphalt (flexible) pavements without cracking.
