VFI’s Sealguard Silicone Coating Systems consist of SEALGUARD VFI-990 High-Solids Silicone, SEALGUARD VFI-991 Standard Solids Silicone, and SEALGUARD VFI-993 Flashing Grade Silicone. Silicone Roof Coatings are uniquely positioned to solve many problems associated with most existing roofs.
We recommend using a silicone top coat on any roof with less than a 3’/12” pitch.
