The SEALGUARD VFI- Series includes SEALGUARD VFI-990, SEALGUARD VFI-991 and SEALGUARD VFI-993 Safeguard Silicone. These combine and cure to form a seamless membrane. High solids silicone; requires less material to achieve desired film thickness • UV Resistance; silicone won’t chalk or breakdown with UV exposure over time due to its inorganic content • Seals cracks and crevices better than other roofing products due to its high build properties • Renewable through easy re-coating; easy maintenance without compromising the integrity of the roof • Energy cost savings due to the product’s solar reflectivity; lowers air conditioning costs.
